💰 Cash on Delivery (COD) & Payment Policy

Due to government taxation rules, all Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions are subject to a 4% General Sales Tax (GST) deduction handled by courier companies. To ensure reliable order processing and protect against fraudulent bookings, iTel Solutions follows strict partial payment and fulfillment guidelines.

COD & Partial Payment Rules:

  • Orders Over Rs. 60,000: Any COD order exceeding Rs. 60,000 requires a partial advance payment or delivery fee prepayment to confirm the booking.

  • Advance Delivery & Handling Fee: Customers selecting COD are required to pay Rs. 1,500 in advance to cover delivery and handling charges for processing the order.

  • Free Nationwide Delivery: For non-COD orders fulfilled via Direct Bank Transfer, we offer Free Delivery Nationwide.
