All networking hardware, equipment, and accessories sold by iTel Solutions are 100% genuine and sourced directly from authorized manufacturers and distributors. Product specifications, images, and descriptions are provided for customer convenience but may differ slightly from actual products due to updates from manufacturers. Product availability is subject to stock levels. If an item becomes unavailable after you’ve placed an order, our support team will contact you for alternatives or a full refund.

3. Pricing Policy

All prices displayed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice due to currency fluctuations or manufacturer updates. Once an order is confirmed, the price at that time will be honored, even if it changes later.

4. Orders & Confirmation

All orders must be placed through our official website, WhatsApp, or verified social media channels. Orders are confirmed once we receive the required advance payment (for Cash on Delivery orders) or full payment via Bank Transfer. Customers will receive an official confirmation message or email after successful order verification.

5. Payment Terms

To ensure secure and reliable transactions, we offer the following payment options:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) — available with a small advance payment to confirm order authenticity.

  • Direct Bank Transfer — for safe and direct digital payments to our official bank account.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver all across Pakistan using trusted courier partners. Delivery times vary depending on the city and product availability, usually taking 2 to 5 working days. Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly mentioned at checkout. Customers are advised to inspect the package before accepting delivery. If the seal is broken or the box is damaged, contact our support team immediately.

7. Warranty & After-Sales Support

All hardware and networking equipment sold by iTel Solutions come with official manufacturer or store warranty, depending on the specific product model. Warranty terms, duration, and coverage depend entirely on the respective manufacturer’s policy. Warranty claims must be submitted along with the original purchase invoice. Physical or liquid damage, power surge issues, and unauthorized repairs are strictly not covered under warranty.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged, or not as described, and reported within 3 days of delivery.
